You need to read the instruction on the voucher. The voucher is to be used on www.card.epaynigeria.net
First you need to login with your username and password which you created on www.epaynigeria.net.
Then you need to input your CARD NUMBER and PIN NUMBER on www.card.epaynigeria.net .
On the voucher, you would notice two fields in BOLD, they are SERIAL NUMBER AND PIN NUMBER.
The SERIAL NUMBER= CARD NUMBER .
The PIN NUMBER=PIN NUMBER
After you log in, you click on liberty reserve.
